The Federal City Brass Band will be performing live throughout the day this Saturday, January 7th, in Erie at the Watson-Curtze MansionHagen History Center for the public opening of “SACRIFICE VALOR & GRIT Erie County in the Civil War”. The event opens at 11:00am and runs until 7:00pm. This exhibition “kick-off” is open to the public and a great opportunity to view a once-in-a-lifetime collection of local artifacts and honor our region and its people’s rich history through a vibrant and interactive celebration. The band’s leader and bugler is the leading expert on the haunting melody of “TAPS”. Thank you to our presenting sponsor, Mr. Thomas B. Admission prices: $10 for adults, $7.50 for seniors, $5 for students and children 6 & under are free. The exhibit will remain open through Labor Day 2017.
